This is to act as a letter of reference for Nerissa Sampong, an employee of the Fairfax Circle Baptist Church Child Development Center.
Mrs. Sampong started her relationship with our Child Development Center as a parent. As a parent she was always very easy to work with, so we were thrilled when she applied for a job with us. She has been a model employee.
Nerissa is a great team player. She does not have to agree with a concept or a project. She simply rolls up her sleeves and tackles whatever she has been asked to do.
I can always count on Nerissa to be very professional with her class parents; she has mastered the balance of showing care and concern for each family, with that professionalism.
I have learned as a director that you can have a staff member that is a great teacher, but is not a great employee. It is possible to have a staff member that is a great employee, and just an average teacher. I can sincerely say that Nerissa Sampong is one of those rare staff members that is a great teacher and a great employee.
I think any employer would be lucky to get Nerissa Sampong on their team.
